Advancements in the Gaming Industry

In the world of gaming advancements are made all the time to make games better, upgrading graphics, sounds, and other various things. But all these advancements cost a lot of money to us the consumer.

in the years since I have started gaming I have bought at least 5 different consoles. All of these consoles cost me somewhere between 100 to 200 dollars. And I'm not including my PC which cost me over 2000 dollars. And for each of these systems there are some kind of upgrades which cost us even more money.

I personally do not think that these advancements would  be released so close together if we, the people always looking for something better were willing to buy these which most of us are. But these companies know that they can release to systems and probably still suck money out of them both.

To sum things up I just want to point out to those of us that complain about a new console being released months after buy the previous one, that it's most likely our fault for being willing to open up our wallets to shell out the money for them.
